We are currently hiring an experienced caregiver for a long-term, one-on-one in-home case in Fernandina Beach, Florida. This position is ideal for a caregiver who enjoys companionship-focused care, consistency, and building a strong working relationship with one client.

We are actively interviewing for this long-term placement. We are focused on finding the right match for this placement.

Schedule & Pay

Approximately 40–59 hours per week
Shifts typically 8 hours per day
Some weekend availability may be required
Pay range: $17.00–$18.00/hour, based on experience and fit

We are looking for both full-time and part-time caregivers, as this schedule may be shared between more than one caregiver.

About the Role

One-on-one in-home care (not a facility)
Companionship and daily support
Assistance with personal care
Support with daily routines and activities
Client enjoys staying active, getting out of the house, and local outings

What We’re Looking For

CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver
Patient, dependable, and professional
Comfortable working with clients who have specific routines and preferences
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
